Privacy Policy
Consequence Labs is a trade name of KeySingularity Corp., a Florida corporation (“Consequence Labs,” “we,” or “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through consequencelabs.com and when people contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Contributors who work on a Consequence Labs project receive a separate notice at onboarding that covers the information collected for that work.
Information we collect
When you contact us. The site has no forms or accounts. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the content of your message.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to serve and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page loads without cookies, and Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to count visits and page views. We do not use advertising features or sell information collected through the site.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to inquiries, discuss and deliver work you ask about, consider contributor and job applicants, understand how the site is used, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run our operations on our behalf, including Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, Google for analytics, and Microsoft for email. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without cookies.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@consequencelabs.com. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you and will not treat you differently for making a request.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or relationship it concerns, or as long as the law requires. Analytics data is retained under the settings of the analytics providers. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Children and changes
The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
