Security and data sourcing
What buyers usually ask before a pilot: where the data comes from, who owns it, where the work runs, and how we handle your material.
Where our data comes from
We create each dataset to order. People we recruit and qualify for the project perform, record, write, or judge the work under a protocol agreed with the buyer. We do not resell existing datasets or scrape data.
Every delivery carries provenance and quality documentation describing how the data was produced and reviewed.
Who owns it
Rights in the custom data we produce are assigned to the buyer under the project agreement.
Where work runs
Work runs in our hosted environment or, when the buyer prefers, inside the buyer’s own environment and tools.
Your material
Before you share confidential model outputs, footage, or personal information, we agree a transfer and access arrangement with you. Access is limited to the people working on your project, and the project agreement sets how material is handled, retained, and returned or deleted.
Certifications
Consequence Labs does not currently hold security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We will answer security questionnaires and describe the controls that apply to a specific project.
